Ooh La La Legs



I'm always searching for easy ways to look better, and I came across Legwork in the summer and I adore it. I'm not one for exercising, but this leggy flick is quick (only 20 teeny minutes) and painless. The stretches really do help improve stability in your legs and ankles to help walk in heels. I have trillions of heels in my closet and I hardly ever wore any of them for fear of looking like a flamingo- now I actually enjoy walking in them. Other than hating the perfectly toned/tiny/flexible girls in the video, Legwork will be your new best friend. (And to add to it all, Legwork is very "in" right now- Vogue and Elle can't get enough of it!)
