You can never have too many tutus

For little girls, and the little girls in ourselves. I absolutely adore tutus and I had quite the collection when I was teeny. A favorite of mine was this gorgeous red pettiskirt that tied at the waist and had black and white ruffles beneath the skirt. I still have it somewhere, and as soon as I find it I'll post pictures
